Man accused of unlawful sex with teen
The Paget man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in Magistrate Court and is accused of having unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl under 14 on December 4 in Pembroke.
He was also charged with touching the girl on various parts of her body.
The defendant was not required to enter pleas as the matters are indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner remanded him into custody until December 23.
