The third instalment in the award-winning League of Evil platform series is perfect for the more hardcore gamers looking for an extreme challenge.
Jump, flip, wall-slide, and punch your way through spinning hammers, blades, and electric fences as you try to accomplish the goal of punching a random scientist in the face at the end of each level because, really, why not?
This game is more geared towards the persistent types, as the 80 levels you are required to master are some of the most challenging levels available in platform gaming.
The game features a very simple yet precisely-tuned control system involving just four touch-activated buttons at the bottom of the screen. A and B make you jump and punch and the left and right arrow keys make you move left and right as you navigate through the difficult environment, knowing that one slip-up will send you right back to the start.
For $2, League of Evil 3 is a childishly simple concept applied to a diabolically difficult set of levels, making it a game that anyone can pick up and try, but only a few can truly master.
