Pembroke Hamilton Club held its annual prize presentations for football, softball and netball — with the highlight being the first annual Football Hall of Fame Induction ceremony.

Richard “Junior” Mallory, Eston Rawlins, Willard Manders, Eldridge “Pop” Smith, Lewis “John Beaver” Burrows were all inducted to the Hall of Fame posthumously with their family members accepting on their behalf.

In person to accept their induction into the PHC Hall of Fame were Ed Durham, Earl “Tounsey” Russell, Leroy “Nibs” Lewis, Cal White, and Calvin “Bummy” Symonds.  Looking on with great pride was a standing-room only audience, which included current players ranging from four to 36 years old and past players like Sammy Swan, Derrick Douglas Kevin Dill, Frank Ming and Dana Rawlins to name a few.

PHC wishes to congratulate all of its athletes in what has been a great year.
