Two men have been jailed for their role in an operation to smuggle nearly $500,000 of cocaine into Bermuda.
Everett Bean was the 'kingpin' in the plot to bring the drugs onto the island from the Caribbean.
He recruited Randolph Simons to pick up the haul from a courier firm in Bermuda.
Both men were found guilty of conspiring to import cocaine into Bermuda after trial.
Today at Supreme Court Bean, 31, was jailed for 15 years for his part in the operation.
Simons, 47, was jailed for a total of 12 years.
