3^rd Annual Peace Day Concert Contest

CONTEST RULES

Terms:
By answering three questions and submitting your entry into the "Peace Day Concert Contest", each contestant agrees to the Contest Rules and Bermuda Sun’s website Terms of Service.

Who may enter:
Entries will be accepted from any individual aged 16 years or older and normally resident in Bermuda. Individuals affiliated with MediaHouse Limited or its subsidiaries, including employees, trustees, interns, volunteers, and their immediate families (children, siblings and spouses) and others living in their households are not eligible for this contest.

Bermuda Sun will determine winners' eligibility.

Only one (1) entry per contestant for this contest will be accepted. In the event that a contestant submits two or more entries, only the first entry will be considered in the contest.

How to enter:?
Visit www.bermudasun.bm, go to Lifestyles and click the ENTER CONTESTS button to enter.

Complete the entry form. You must complete all the required fields of the entry form. Incorrectly entered contact information may result in a forfeiture of prize.

We do not accept entries received by mail or by other means. Bermuda Sun is not responsible for incomplete entries, technical difficulties or entries that are not received by Bermuda Sun. An entry is not considered valid until it is approved by a contest moderator.

By entering the contest, entrants grant MediaHouse Limited, a group of companies including Bermuda Sun, a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any MediaHouse purpose, including, but not limited to advertising and promotion of its publications and its websites, including but not limited to Bermuda Sun publications. Entrants’ names may appear on the Bermuda Sun sites and may appear in other MediaHouse publications. MediaHouse Limited will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses. By submitting an email address, entrants agree to allow MediaHouse or any of its subsidiaries to use the email for future marketing and promotional uses.

Entry deadline:?
All entries must be received by noon (ADT) on Monday, September 8th, 2014. To avoid uploading delays, please do not wait until the final days of the contest to enter.

Determining a winner and prizes:
If all three trivia questions on the entry form are answered correctly, the contestant’s submission form is entered into a draw to win one of the following prizes donated by the organizers:

The correct answers will be entered into a draw to win tickets in:

SILVER x2

BLEACHER  x4

HILL SIDE x10

The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Bermuda Sun reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. Decisions of Bermuda Sun will be final.

Contest Dates:
The contest entry period will run from 7:00am (ADT) Friday, 4th July 2014, through noon (ADT) Monday, September 8^th , 2014.
