Wahoo met Marlins in the Fishbowl League and ended the night winning all four points to take over top spot.

Matthew Tumbridge led his team in defeating the Marlins, whose Tim Doyle had a 555 series.

Gladwin Harvey led Mackerels in a three-point win over Snappers, bowling the night’s top series and game, a 682 and 247, while Sandra Ford added the ladies’ third high series 487 in support.

Peter Winsby led the Snappers challenge but could not win a bigger share of the points.

Goldfish went down to  Dolphins, who were led by Corinne Durrant’s top series and game — a 546 and 192.

Quinton Mallory bowled a 615 second high men’s series with games of 215, 196 and 204 but needed more team support to stop the Milkfish from winning three to one, led by Daniel Morales.

Vernon Daniels continues to bowl the league’s top average of 202, bowling a 594 third high series to lead Porgies to win three points to the Cow Pollies’ one. Ted Swiss was close behind in support with a 582 while the Pollies efforts were spearheaded by Wendell White.

Tuna took on Hog Fish with the latter winning 3-1  on a complete team effort. Karen Landy was the lead for Tuna in their efforts to take home a bigger share of the points. Tony Vibal was the Hogs’ top scorer.

Swordfish had no trouble in winning all four points from Bye (Gone Fishin) on the lead of Lionel Cann.
