Hollywood superstar's Facebook post draws fresh attention to Bermuda

Michael Douglas shone a light on Bermuda last night with a post about a recent visit to the island.

Actor and producer Douglas, the son of Bermudian actress Diana Dill and American actor Kirk Douglas, was apparently taking a look at a new building project the family is undertaking.

The post, which featured photos of him on the beach inBermuda, said “Just returned from Bermuda, the home of my mothers family for the last 400 years! The family has had a cottage colony called Ariel Sands for the past 60 years. Now we are building a new one... very exciting.”
