North Village Rams extended their cup final dominance over PHC Zebras earlier this week.
Shaun Goater's team prevailed 2-1 in a penalty shootout at the National Sports Centre on Remembrance Day to lift the Dudley Eve Trophy for an unprecedented seventh time. Cecoy Robinson gave Zebras a first -half lead but Rams skipper Ralph Bean sent the game into extra -time with a second -half equalizer.
Rams defenders Robert Wilson and Kofi Dill converted the crucial spot kicks to give their side the win.
Towering defender Shea Smith was the sole Zebra to score from the spot.
Ram's win earned them a second Dudley Eve Trophy in three seasons and they have now beaten Zebras in seven of the nine finals played between the two sides.
Village won a first Dudley Eve title during the 1979/80 season, exactly a year after losing to Devonshire Colts in the inaugural final.
