Ambassadors of Song
March 31 — Masterworks is holding an opening reception from 6-8pm for their special exhibit “Ambassadors of Song” — a tribute to Bermuda’s entertainers from the 40s to the 60s. The show runs until April 24 in the West Gallery. To celebrate the event and bring this music to the next generation of children Masterworks is also offering free dance classes taught by instructors from the In Motion School of Dance. March 24 — Visit Masterworks at the Botanical Gardens for the opening reception for the first Artist-in-the-Gardens, Will Collieson. The opening takes place from 5:30–7pm and the show runs through April 6 in the Rose Garden Gallery.

T-Shirt Design Party
March 31 — The Interim Gallery & Volcanic Productions are hosting a T-Shirt Design Party. Anyone can enter a design. Designs must be submitted by March 29. All designs will be displayed and several will be chosen to be produced intoT-Shirts for the summer. Chosen designs will be purchased from the artist. Music will be provided by Jon Legere & The Dirkinstan Freedom Fighters & DJ Ipod of Calisthenics Productions. There will also be T-Shirt design stations for making on-the-spot creations. Bring your own shirts to experiment with. It all takes place at The Interim Gallery on the corner of King and Reid Street. 7:30pm-2am and admission is free. There will be a cash bar.
Harvard Krokodiloes & Radcliffe Pitches A cappella Concert
March 29 — Harvard University’s oldest and most prestigious a cappella singing group will perform popular music from the 1920s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s at the Bermuda National Gallery. Founded at the Hasty Pudding Club in 1946, they tour the United States and the world, twelve tuxedo-clad undergraduates singing jazz, swing, ballads, and rock from America’s Golden Age. The Radcliffe Pitches are a diverse group of undergraduate women who together form Harvard’s premiere female a cappella group. They celebrate their passion for music by performing jazz standards and other music for audiences at Harvard and around the world. There will be a 5:30pm reception for 6pm concert.
Tickets are $10 for non-members, $5 for Members.
