MONDAY, MAR. 15: Former MP Jamahl Simmons has been appointed as the new press secretary to the Premier.
Dr. Ewart Brown welcomed Mr. Simmons, also a former executive aid to the Premier, at a press conference this morning.
He said Mr. Simmons' experience at the Cabinet Office and political savvy meant he was suited to the role.
"He has some political experience which will lend itself to the last seven-and-a-half months of this marathon. We are going to need all hands on deck in order to counter some of the activities that we perceive," said the Premier - a reference to opposition tactics.
Mr. Simmons said the appointment was a "tremendous vote of confidence in my abilities" and insisted he was looking forward to the challenge.

How quickly they jump ship...If the "Price is Right" no doubt...I guess the NEW press secretary must have very good 'Bloviating Skills' - He is certainly going to need them with Emperor Brown - But it's only for 7 more months and then the 'EXPENSIVE travelling CIRCUS' show, grinds to a stop!!
