Police to meet with eastern parish residents Tuesday
Bermuda Police Service

THURSDAY, MAR. 11: The second in a series of town hall meetings for 2010 will take place at Francis Patton Primary School on Tuesday, March 16, starting at 6:30 pm.

Residents of the eastern parishes (Smith's, Hamilton parish and St. George's) are invited to attend this forum to discuss the state of affairs in the area for the past six months and to hear the attending police officers present the policing initiatives for the next six months.

Representing the Bermuda Police Service at Tuesday's meeting will be eastern area commander Chief Inspector Tracy Adams.

The purpose of these town hall meetings is to allow public feedback and discussion by residents of policing initiatives while emphasizing police working in partnership with the community.

As outlined in the Bermuda Police Service Policing Plan 2010, citizen focus is high on our agenda. The basis of citizen focus is to obtain a clear understanding of what members of the public want, what matters the most, and what is important to individual neighbourhoods and communities.

We look forward to seeing as many eastern parish residents as possible in attendance!
