All kick-offs are at the same time and if both Manchester clubs win then United will need an unrealistic scoreline to overcome the goal difference that City will surely win the league with Arsenal, Spurs and Newcastle battle it out for the third, fourth and fifth order while Bolton need to win at Stoke to avoid relegation.

Man City v QPR
Mancini’s men could make history by clinching their first Premier league title. On the other hand, if Bolton win and QPR lose – City will relegate former manager Mark Hughes!
Prediction: 2-0
Sunderland v Man Utd
The red and white of the Northeast lost the tremendous run of form they had under O’Neill at the start of the year. United could still win the title by wrapping up the points here and hoping City slip up at home to strugglers QPR.
Prediction: 1-3
Chelsea v Blackburn
A meaningless game. Chelsea will finish sixth in the league and Blackburn are relegated. Playing for pride but DiMatteo will be hoping to avoid further injuries ahead of Champions League final.

Tottenham v Fulham
An automatic spot in the most prestigious club competition is in reach for Spurs. Fulham have finished strong and have faired well in the capital this year.

Wigan v Wolves
The outcome doesn’t matter, Wolves are relegated and Wigan are safe. There’s something about springtime in Wigan! They found form in 2012 and played very attractive attacking football.

Everton v Newcastle
Everton will be hoping to secure a seventh spot finish ahead of Merseyside rivals Liverpool. Pardew’s Magpies are still in reach of Champions League football next year and could even finish third if things go their way. The last time they had a top five finish was in 2004 with Sir Bobby Robson.
Prediction: 1-1
Norwich v Aston Villa
Big Eck seems to have lost the supporters even though they have avoided relegation. They will be hoping for a strong finish to help his cause to keep his job. Norwich will relish a meaningless game after a successful first season back in top flight. Well done to Lambert and those at Carrow Road.

Stoke v Bolton
Stoke continue to strike fear into those who travel to their fortress Brittania Stadium. Not a place you want to go, especially when you need a win to avoid relegation at QPR’s expense.

Swansea v Liverpool
A great entry season for the Welsh outfit as they have show us they are no pushovers and up for the fight. Dalgleish hasn’t had a memorable year but at least it wasn’t trophyless.

West Brom v Arsenal
The Gunners have drawn the last three games and Albion the past two. More at stake for Wenger’s side as it’s close at the top for Euro spots.
