WEDNESDAY, JUNE 6: The Youth Futsal League started last Saturday at Dellwood Middle School.
The opening round game saw Dellwood Blue emerge a 6 to 2 victor in the Under 14 Division. Dellwood Maroon downed Dellwood Blue 3 to 1.
In the Under 12 Division, Dellwood Blue beat Valencia 5 to 1. Dellwood Maroon picked up its own triumph against Valencia, beating them 3 to 1.
Barcelona’s brace was enough to slip past Hamilton Parish by one. Then HPWC beat Valencia 2 to 1.
HPWC Red doubled up HPWC Red 2 to 1.
The Under 10 match between HPWC and Barcelona may have been the most exciting of the day with Hamilton Parish winning 2 to 1 on penalty kicks. Barcelona also beat HPWC 2 to 1.
Games are at Dellwood Middle School on Saturdays starting at 10am.
