MONDAY, JULY 16, 10AM UPDATE: A teenage boy had to be rushed to hospital yesterday  after being involved in a collision with a motorcyclist and an SUV.

The 13-year-old boy was riding a bicycle along Middle Road near the junction with Lukes Pond Road in Southampton at around 3:20pm Sunday when the accident occurred.

The young boy was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital by ambulance for treatment. This morning he was in stable condition on the Children's Ward.

Two men in their 20s on the motorcycle sustained minor injuries.
