WEDNESDAY, NOV. 14: Spanish Point Boat Club (B) defeated Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club (B) 4 – 3 in league play.

Andrew Hanwell won his game against Guy DeSilva 51-31. Scott Barnes would take two games from Jon Pedro 54-18 and 42-41.

Bart Lewis defeated Andrew Pratt 56-34. The doubles game saw Pratt/DeSilva defeat Hanwell/Lewis 57-27.

RAA v Watford

Royal Artillery Association and Watford Sports Club (A) would end in a 3-3 draw. JaCal Washington and Steven Bremar split a game a piece with Bremar winning the first game 63-25 and Washington the second game 61-38.

Ray DeSilva defeated Honky Burrows 62-30 and Joseph Hayward won his game against Zane De Silva 60-20.

R. DeSilva/Tony DeSilva won the doubles game by defeating Mike McGowan/J. Hayward 58-47.

SPBC v Sandy’s

Spanish Point Boat Club (A) and Sandy’s Boat Club (A) also played to a draw.

Stewart Greenslade got things started for SPBC by defeating Stuart Matthews 57-18.

Ed Gumbs continued the winning streak by defeating Martin Siese 74-38.

Peter Bromby would level the score by winning two games against Chris Dakin 70-11 and 51-26.

Peter also had the high break of the night with a 24. The doubles game saw Denis Coyle/Greenslade beating Siese/Matthews 68-39.

Watford v Warwick

Keeping with the themed result for the evening, Watford Sports Club (B) and Warwick Workman’s Club (B) ended in a draw 3-3.  Keino Zuill won his game against Daniel Caines 64-20. Nadanja Bailey defeated Tony Dawson 50-25. Aaron Bean and Andy Peniston would share a game between them. Peniston won the first game 69-25 and Bean won the second game 51-40. The doubles partners of Reuben Burchall/Caines defeated Dawson/Zuill 65-28.

There were no scores available for the match between Queen’s Club and Sandy’s Boat Club (B).

Island Construction

The draw for the first round of the Island Construction Knock Out was made on Monday.  The draw is as follows: Spanish Point Boat Club 1 versus Watford Sports Club 1; Spanish Point Boat Club 2 v Sandy’s Boat Club 1; Warwick Workman’s Club 2 v Queen’s Club 1. Everyone else has a bye.

All games are scheduled for Wednesday, November 28.
