WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2: Freelance photographer Chris Burvillle opens his second exhibition at the Bermuda Society of Arts this Friday.

The collection includes underwater, landscape and wildlife photographs taken on the island. He will display around 20 unexhibited framed photographs as well as a collection of unframed prints.

Also featured at the City Hall gallery from this Friday are: Just Different by Libby Cook; The Colour of Water by Chris Marson; Walking Art by Lynn Wahl Designs; Surreal Reflection Photographs by Andreas Detzer; Stained Glass Botanicals by Charles Henry and Watercolours by Charles Knight. The opening takes place at 5:30pm.

The Bermuda Society of Arts is also hosting studio-style botanical drawing sessions with Margaret Best aimed at getting beginners started and getting more experienced artists honing their skills. The two sessions are on Tuesday, November 8 from 6pm to 9pm and on Wednesday, November 9 from 10am to 1pm.

The gallery has a new session of watercolour painting classes with Emma Ingham starting today from 5:45pm to 7:45pm. The classes are aimed at beginners and improvers and run for four weeks.

This Sunday the gallery hosts the Bermuda Fashion Collective Show.
