TUESDAY, MAR. 15: The Senate has announced its debate of the Special Development Order (SDO) for Tucker's Point has been postponed to Friday, March 18.

It was due to consider the SDO tomorrow after adjourning the matter on March 2.

House of Assembly MPs approved the draft SDO by 21 votes to 10, but it must also be passed by the Upper House before it goes to Planning.

If Senators reject the SDO, it will go back to the Lower House.

Citizens Uprooting Racism in Bermuda (CURB) is urging the public to congregate in the Cabinet Building grounds on Friday to protest the controversial expansion plan.
