THURSDAY, APRIL 12: After consultation with the President of the Appeal Court of Bermuda, the Rt Hon Edward Zacca, the Governor of Bermuda, Sir Richard Gozney, announced on Thursday, 12 April that Mr Richard Ground, the recently retired Chief Justice of Bermuda, will be joining the Island’s Appeal Court.
The Appeal Court’s panels for their sessions in June 2012 and November 2012 have already been set. Mr Ground’s appointment will take effect from 1 January 2013.
