MONDAY, NOV. 15: Premier Paula Cox is in London attending the annual Overseas Territories Consultative Council (OTCC) meeting.

This is an annual event where the Heads of Government of the Overseas Territories meet with the U.K. Minister.

Premier Cox is accompanied by new secretary to the Cabinet, Donald Scott and she will discuss specific interest to Bermuda and mutual interest in Bermuda’s relationship with the Commonwealth.
This year’s meeting will be held on Wednesday with Henry Bellingham MP, Minister for the Overseas Territories.
Topics to be discussed include the U.K./Overseas Territories relationship and the new strategy for the Overseas Territories, Criminal Justice in the Territories, Transport and the Environment.

The final session on Identity and Passport Services will be lead by Premier Cox and Bermuda will hold a separate bilateral meeting with Mr. Bellingham, the Minister for the Overseas Territories.
