WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 1: A 24-year-old man has denied breaking into a Devonshire house armed with an imitation firearm.
Josef Smith pleaded not guilty to one charge of aggravated burglary at Supreme Court Arraignments this morning.
Mr Smith of Warwick is accused of breaking into the property on Long Ridge Pass on January 3, this year.
He was remanded in custody and will stand trial on November 19.
