While Bermuda Air Conditioning are not new to the Coldwell Banker Home Show — they have, after all, participated every year since its inception in 2002 — this year, they plan to showcase the entire BAC Group of Companies:
  • Bermuda Air Conditioning Ltd. (BAC).
  • Energy Management Systems Ltd. (EMS).
  • Bermuda Alternate Energy Ltd. (BAE).
  • Bermuda Insulation Ltd. (BIL).

The Group is taking this opportunity to interact with the public and show how all of their products and services work together and make them the experts in building better indoor environments!

This will be the first year for Bermuda Alternate Energy Ltd. (BAE) to participate and showcase their products and services in the Home Show.

This subsidiary was established by the BAC Group of Companies to provide energy efficiency, energy conservation and renewable energy solutions to residential, commercial and institutional customers in Bermuda.

BAE offers consultation, design, installation, service and maintenance of alternative energy systems, and they can also give you pointers on how to make your home or building more energy efficient.

Some of the products they’ll be promoting are heat pump water heaters that use the humidity around them to create hot water and save you up to 60-70 per cent on water heating costs.

And if you’re looking to find out whether solar or wind-powered energy would work for your home or business, take a moment to chat to one of the renewable energy solutions experts.

Bermuda Insulation Ltd (BIL) provides insulation, sound reduction and fire protection for buildings.

They often work hand-in-hand with BAE on energy efficiency, because insulating a building can save a significant amount of energy by keeping your heat or air-conditioning from escaping.

Why not take a moment to find out how you might insulate your home and further reduce your energy costs?

Energy Management Systems (EMS) uses web-based software and state-of-the-art controllers to provide services such as energy management, alarm management, fire safety, lighting control, security and access control, and indoor air quality for commercial premises and larger residential homes.

Bermuda Air Conditioning (BAC) is the veteran of the group and will be focusing on their broad range of expertise.

Plumbing service

They will have plenty of information and advice available about air conditioning and bathroom supplies from manufacturers such as Kohler and Sanyo, and, this year, they will also be focusing on the plumbing services they offer.

One of Bermuda’s ‘best kept secrets’, BAC is equipped to handle any plumbing installation or repair, no matter how large or small, and they are available 24 hours a day for service calls and have very competitive prices.

An added bonus is that you can even schedule a service call on their website, www.bac.bm.

So, if you’re planning to attend the Home Show this year, make sure you add the BAC Group’s booth to your list – not only will you find out how to improve your home and your energy costs, but also you’ll have a chance to take part in a raffle and win a $200 gift certificate to spend at the BAC Showroom!
