Friday Bermuda was hit with torrential rains that dumped 2.59 inches of precipitation on the island and caused flooding in the typical low-lying areas like Bakery Lane and Dutton Avenue.
The limestone cliff face could have been weakened by the rainfall and fallen to the road.
Works and Engineering crews had cleared the debris off Marsh Folly Road by 10am Saturday and placed cones around the possible danger area.
