THURSDAY, MARCH 8: Two defendants appeared in Magistrates’ Court today charged with drug possession with intent to supply.
Anthony Lewis Davis, 43, pleaded not guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
He also denied possession of a metal grinder to be used in connection with a controlled drug.
The drugs in his case were 249.7 grams worth $12,475.
Shakeda Davis, 27, also denied possession of cannabis and cannabis resin with intent to supply in an increased penalty zone, School’s Drive.
Both incidents happened in Devonshire on February 17.
No further detail was given in court.
Mr Davis and Ms Davis were both given $10,000 bail with one surety and will face trial in May.
