WEDNESDAY, JULY 4: A 41-year-old man appeared in court for allegedly assaulting his father.
Maurice Harvey pleaded not guilty to attacking his father Maurice Harvey Sr, a 71-year-old senior, by punching him in the mouth on June 10 in Hamilton Parish.
The matter was adjourned for trial on August 8.
Mr Harvey was given $5,000 with one surety and must report to Hamilton Police Station every Monday.
