TAKEN NOTICE THAT under the power conferred by Sections 215 of the Merchant Shipping Act 2002, the Ministry of Transport requires the owner of the NORTH LIGHT which is sunk, stranded or abandoned now lying in the vicinity of South Basin, Dockyard to appear before me at the Department of Marine & Ports Services, 4 East Broadway, Hamilton at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 16th September 2011 to remove to see and sink, burn or otherwise destroy such craft.

HEAVY TRUCK RESTRICTION
HARBOUR ROAD PAGET
The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that all vehicles exceeding 74 inches in width will not be permitted to use Harbour Road, Paget between Manse Road and Stowe Hill without special permission from the Ministry of Public Works. This restriction includes all heavy trucks, and tractor trailers. Emergency Vehicles and vehicles belonging to the Ministry of Public Works will be exempt from these restrictions.
This restriction will come into effect on Monday 12th September 2011.
