NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 46(2)(a) of the Act that subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, the Company proposes to reduce its issued share capital from an amount between HK$11,400,000 and HK$11,600,000 to an amount between HK$570,000 and HK$580,000 by cancelling paid-up capital to the extent of HK$0.19 on each issued share of HK$0.20 in the share capital of the Company (the “Capital Reduction”).
It is intended that conditional upon satisfaction of certain conditions, the Capital Reduction will take effect on or about 29 March, 2012.
