WHEREAS:

1.The Registrar of Companies has reason to believe that the companies specified in the Schedule hereto are not carrying on business or are not in operation.

2.The Registrar of Companies published a Notice dated 24th January 2012 to the effect that at the expiration of three months from the date of publication of the Notice on February 1st 2012 the companies would, unless there was cause shown to the contrary, be dissolved.

3.Having been shown no cause to the contrary by the companies listed below within the period of three months of the Notice published on February 1st 2012, the Registrar of Companies by virtue of the powers vested in him under section 261(5) of the Companies Act 1981 has struck the names of the following companies off the Register.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the said striking off and consequently with effect from the date of publication of this Notice, the companies specified in the Schedule SHALL STAND DISSOLVED.

Proposals are sought for an operator at Runway Café located near the long term car park and taxi staging area at the Airport. Initial lease will be for 12 months and the operator, subject to negotiation, will be required to provide food and beverage service preferably  from 6:00 am until the last flight arrival each day including weekends and all holidays.

All submissions must be in writing including 2 references from landlords; examples of current operations and bank reference. The selected operator will be required to pay a 1 month deposit based upon the annual rent.  Said rent will be payable quarterly in advance.  All utilities will be separately billed directly to the operator.

The Parliamentary Registrar will, at the Office of the Parliamentary Registry, located at the Valerie T. Scott Building 60 Reid Street, Hamilton from Monday 11th June 2012, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., issue certificates to municipal electors, In respect of the extraordinary municipal election in the Towne of St. George. Who are duly registered in the parliamentary register but who expect to be absent from Bermuda, or to travel to or from Bermuda, on polling day, 14th   June 2012. Registered voters may apply to the Registrar for a certificate entitling them to vote at an advanced poll at the Parliamentary Registry, Valerie T. Scott building 60 Reid Street. 

Each applicant for a certificate must satisfy the Registrar that he is on the parliamentary register and that he will not be in Bermuda on Election Day.
