Notice is hereby given that the first meetings of contributories and creditors in the above matter will be held at Commercial Court #2 in the Government Administration Building, 30 Parliament St, Hamilton HM12 on the 15th day of August 2011, at 11.30am and 12 o’clock in the afternoon (Atlantic Time), respectively.
The purpose of the meetings is to determine whether or not an application is to be made to the court to appoint a liquidator in place of the Official Receiver and whether or not an application shall be made to the court for the appointment of a committee of inspection to act with the liquidator, and who are to be the members of the committee if appointed.
Forms of proof and of proxies have been sent to all known contributories and creditors.
