Pursuant to Part II of the Clean Air Rules 1993, application has been made to the Environmental Authority for a permit to construct a controlled plant as follows:

CONTROLLED PLANT

One 180 kW diesel emergency generator with silencer to provide interim electrical supply during power outages.

This application is available for inspection at the Department of Environmental Protection during normal working hours.  Any person wishing to object to the proposed plant may, within 14 days of the date of this publication, lodge their objection with the Department of Environmental Protection, 169 South Road, Paget DV 04.  Letters of objection must state the name and address of the objector; the grounds of the objection; whether the objector has an interest in land near to that which the application relates; and be signed by the objector.

The Registrar of Companies has reasonable cause to believe that the companies specified in the schedule hereto are not carrying on business or are not in operation; accordingly 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this Notice the companies listed in the attached Schedule will unless cause is shown to the contrary be STRUCK-OFF the Register and will be DISSOLVED.

2.The Registrar of Companies published a Notice dated 28 March 2012 to the effect that at the expiration of three months from the date of publication of the Notice on 30 March 2012 the companies would, unless there was cause shown to the contrary, be dissolved.

3.Having been shown no cause to the contrary by the companies listed below within the period of three months of the Notice published on 30 March 2012, the Registrar of Companies by virtue of the powers vested in him under section 261(5) of the Companies Act 1981 has struck the names of the following companies off the Register.

Mr. Clark W. Somner, Deputy Clerk to the Legislature has been appointed to act as Clerk to the Legislature for the period 2nd July, 2012 to 6th July, 2012 inclusive.

His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Max-Anne Anderson, Barrister & Attorney to act as Magistrate & Coroner for the period 9th July 2012 to 11th July 2012.

Notice is hereby given that MICHELLE HELENE BLAIR SMITH a Bermudian is applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration as constructive trustee for sanction to hold an equitable interest in .535 hectares of land together with a dwelling house thereon erected known as “Rosemont” situate at #61 Ord Road in Paget Parish on behalf of her non-Bermudian parents MARK SMITH and MARIETTE SAVOIE.
