The Members of the above-named Company, acting by written consent without a meeting on 22nd May 2012 passed the following resolutions:

(1)THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1981;

(2)THAT Abdullah Y. Al-Saloomi be and he is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, such appointment to be effective forthwith.

I, Abdullah Y. Al-Saloomi of Almas Tower – Office 702, King Fahad Road, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hereby give you notice that I have been appointed Liquidator of Blue Sky Limited  (the “Company”) by a resolution of the Company dated 22nd May, 2012 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Creditors of the above named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 8th June, 2012 to send their full Christian and Surnames, their addresses and full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their lawyers (if any) to  the undersigned, c/o Conyers Dill & Pearman Limited, Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, HM 11, Bermuda, the Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, and personally or by their lawyers, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a final general meeting of the Members of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Conyers Dill & Pearman Limited, Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda on 26th June, 2012 at 9.30am, or as soon as possible thereafter, for the purposes of:

Andrew’), intend to apply to the Supreme Court of Bermuda for Letters of Administration with Will Annexed in the estate of the above-named deceased.  Any person having or who may have a beneficial interest in the estate of the above-named deceased because of their relationship to the above named deceased by blood, should inform the undersigned within thirty (30) days of the date hereof after which date the undersigned will proceed to distribute the estate of the above-named deceased amongst the known persons entitled thereto.
