The Parliamentary Registrar will, at the Office of the Parliamentary Registry, located at the Valerie T. Scott Building 60 Reid Street, Hamilton from Tuesday 1st May 2012 through 2rd May 2012, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and between 9:00 a.m. and extended to 7:30 p.m. on 3rd May 2012, issue certificates to municipal electors who are duly registered in the parliamentary register but who expect to be absent from Bermuda, or to travel to or from Bermuda, on polling day, 10th May 2012. Registered voters may apply to the Registrar for a certificate entitling them to vote at an advanced poll at the Parliamentary Registry, Valerie T. Scott building 60 Reid Street.

TAKE NOTICE that the Minister responsible for the Environment, being satisfied that there is an immediate need for the prohibition of fishing in a fish aggregation area, for the conservation and protection of the Blue-striped grunt (Haemulon sciurus) hereby notifies all members of the public that fishing in the fish aggregation area described below is prohibited from 1st May 2012 through 30th June 2012:
The area, being roughly rectangular in shape, enclosed by a line running in a north-easterly direction from St. Catherine’s Point, St. George’s to the Southern channel marker #12 (32 degrees 23.6 minutes North, 64 degrees 40.1 minutes West) thence by a line running along the southern boundary of the Southern channel to the Southern channel marker #16 (32 degrees 23.9 minutes North, 64 degrees 40.7 minutes West) thence by a line running in a south-westerly direction to a point 32 degrees 23.4 minutes North, 64 degrees 41.4 minutes West thence by a line running in a south-easterly direction to Fort George, St. George’s.
