The Minister of Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1982, makes the following Regulations:
Citation
1These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Safety and Health Ticketing Regulations 2012.
Form of ticket
2For the purposes of sections 27 to 35 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1982 (the “principal Act”), a ticket shall be in the form set out in Schedule 1.
List of offences, descriptions and fines
3(1)Offences for which a ticket may be issued under section 30 of the principal Act are those that are contrary to the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 2009 listed in column 1 of Schedule 2.
(2)For the purposes of section 29(2) of the principal Act, the description of an offence that is contrary to a provision listed in column 1 of Schedule 2 is the description set out in column 2 of Schedule 2.
(3)The fine for an offence that is contrary to a provision listed in column 1 of Schedule 2 is the amount set out in column 3 of Schedule 2.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (VARIATION OF SPEED LIMITS) (No. 3) ORDER 2012
In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister charged with responsibility for Works by Section 7(2A) and (2B) of the Road Traffic Act, 1947, the following Order is hereby made:-
1.(i)This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Variation of Speed Limits) (No. 3) Order 2012.
(ii)This Order applies to the contestants and to the attendant vehicles to the contestants of the Sinclair Packwood Memorial Cycle Race of Thursday 24th, May 2012.
2(i)The speed limits fixed by Section 7(2) of the Road Traffic Act, 1947 are hereby varied to the extent specified in the first column of the Schedule in respect of the Sinclair Packwood Memorial Cycle Race.
(iii)The roads or parts thereof specified in the second column of the Schedule are hereby declared to be subject at the times specified in the third column of the schedule to the speed limit specified in the first column thereof.

2.Marathon Derby:
Somerset Road, Bridge Hill, Middle Road, Burnt House Hill, Harbour Road, The Lane, Crow Lane, into the City of Hamilton, leaving the City of Hamilton on Cedar Avenue, Marsh Folly Road, to Dutton Avenue.
3.Junior Classic Run:
Front Street, Queen Street, Church Street, King Street, Victoria Street, Cedar Avenue, Marsh Folly Road, Dutton Avenue to Bernard Park..
4.Parade Route:
Starting on Dutton Avenue and leaving Barnard Park area, the Parade will travel north on Dutton Avenue, west on Marsh Folly Road and South on Cedar Avenue into the City of Hamilton.
TRAFFIC CONTROL:All traffic including pedal cyclists (but excluding the official vehicles preceding the Sinclair Packwood Memorial Cycle Race, the In Line Skaters Race and Marathon Derby Race together with buses and emergency vehicles following the runners) will be diverted off the Marathon Route between the hours of 8:45 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
Traffic flowing in the opposite direction to the runners will have free passage except on Burnt House Hill, and Harbour Road, and The Lane between Stowe Hill, and Crow Lane Roundabout.
