NOTICE is hereby given that PRISCILLA MURRAY BROWN & KAREN J JOHNSON are applying to incorporate a local company with limited liability to be called:

CONCORDANCE LTD.

Which shall have unrestricted objects and the capacity rights, powers and privileges of a natural person.

The Members of the above-named Company, acting by written consent without a meeting on June 20, 2012, passed the following resolutions:

(1)THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1981;

(2)THAT Robin J Mayor be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, such appointment to be effective forthwith;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all persons having claims against the estate of George Mackenzie Fisher, late of Unit 11 Strawberry Hill Drive, Paget Parish, PG 05, Bermuda who died on 16 May 2012 are required to send the undersigned particulars of their claims on or before 29 July 2012.
