The Minister responsible for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred by section 12 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Amendment Act 2011, issues the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Police and Criminal Evidence Amendment Act 2011 Commencement Day Notice 2011.

Commencement

2 Sections 10 and 11 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Amendment Act 2011 shall come into force on 23 September 2011.
