NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 12(2) of The Companies Act, 1981, JARDINE GIBBONS PROPERTIES LIMITED is applying for consent to alter its Memorandum of Association as follows:-

1. By the insertion in Section 4. after the words “including the following parcels- (See Schedule “A”)” thereto of the words (See Attached Schedule “B”) and (See Attached Schedule “C”).   

2. By the addition of Schedule B and Schedule C, as follows, immediately after Schedule A thereto.

ALL THAT parcel of land in the City of Hamilton in islands of Bermuda compromising Lots 21 (twenty-one) and 23 (twenty-three) of the Fifth Cross Street (Cedar Avenue) of the said City and the Southern portion of Lot number 59 (Fifty-nine) of the Third Longitudinal Street (Church Street) of the said City containing Nought decimal point one two one hectares (0.121. h.a.) bounded NORTHERLY in part by the remaining portion of the said lot number 59 (fifty-nine) and there measuring Five decimal point one eight five meters or thereabouts and in part by Lot number 25 (twenty-five) of the Fifth Cross and there measuring Thirty decimal point five metres or thereabouts EASTERLY by the said Fifty Cross Street and there measuring Thirty decimal point five metres or thereabouts SOUTHERLY by the said Third Longitudinal Street and there measuring Forty-five decimal point two five meters or thereabouts and WESTERLY by the curving cross Road (Washington Street) which leads from the Third Longitudinal Street to the Fourth Longitudinal Street of the said City OR HOWEVER OTHERWISE the said parcel of land may be bounded may measure or ought to be described TOGETHER WITH THE buildings thereon erected known as “Crawford House” and the “Russell Eve Building” and all other buildings fixtures ways rights of ways liberties privileges easements advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the said parcel of land belonging or in anywise appertaining or usually held or enjoyed therewith or reputed as part thereof or appurtenant thereto.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ESTHER JAMES of 4828 Forest Hill Irene Memphis TN 38125, and Warren Davenport Foggo Snr. of Water Street St. George’s Bermuda intend to apply to the Supreme Court of Bermuda for letters of Administration in the Estate of George Elliot Welch, deceased. Any person having or who may have a beneficial interest in the estate of the above-named deceased because of their relationship to the above-named deceased because of their relationship to the above named because of their relationship to the above named deceased by blood should inform the undersigned within fifteen (15) days of the date of this notice a Caveat shall be entered in the Registry of the Supreme Court, Hamilton by any person objecting to such grant.
