The Minister of Justice, in exercise of the power conferred by section 2 of the International Sanctions Act 2003, makes the following Regulations:
Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the International Sanctions (Iran) (Restrictive Measures) Regulations 2012.
Application
2 The Iran (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2011 made by the Privy Council as a United Kingdom Order in Council on 14 December 2011 and any amendments to it, shall have the force of law in Bermuda.
Publication of list of listed persons constituting the target of sanctions
3 The obligation of the Governor to maintain and publish a list of listed persons constituting the target of the sanctions, under Article 3 of the Iran (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2011 shall be deemed to be fulfilled when the Governor publishes by notice in the Gazette, the internet address of the relevant UK Treasury consolidated list of persons constituting the target of the sanctions.

BLACKWATCH PASS, PEMBROKE PARISH
ROAD CLOSURE
This Ministry wishes to inform motorists there will be a road closure on Blackwatch Pass, Pembroke, from the junction of North Shore Road to the junction at Marsh Folly Road. The road closure is necessary to allow for over growth tree removal along the cliff face to be carried out safely.
All traffic including Buses and Pedestrians traveling along Blackwatch Pass will not be permitted while this work takes place due to their safety concerns.
This road closure is effective from 7.30 am and will be completed by 4 pm on Saturday 3rd March to Sunday 4th March, and Saturday 10th March to Sunday 11th March, 2012. If there is inclement weather on these schedule dates, the work will continue on the following week end.
This Ministry apologizes for any inconveniences for the road closure, and request that motorists cooperate with the traffic control devices in this area.
