LEGAL NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE THAT by a Deed Poll dated the 10th day of July 2012 which is intended to be recorded in the Book of Deeds in the Office of the Registrar General in the Islands of Bermuda, I Brian Keith Iris of 4 Wefco Road, Sandys Parish in the Islands of Bermuda, do hereby renounce and abandon the use of the names BRIAN KEITH IRIS and in lieu thereof do assume as from the date hereof the names of BRIAN KEITH DICKINSON AND in pursuance of such change of names aforesaid, I hereby declare that I will at all times hereinafter in all records, deeds and instruments in writing and in all actions and proceedings and in all dealings and transactions and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the said names BRIAN KEITH DICKINSON and I hereby authorize and request all persons to so designate, describe and address me by such assumed names of BRIAN KEITH DICKINSON only.

The Member of the above-named Company, acting by written consent without a meeting on 9 July, 2012 passed the following resolutions:

(1)THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1981;

(2)THAT Robin J Mayor be and she is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, such appointment to be effective forthwith.

I, Robin J Mayor of Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton HM 11 in the Islands of Bermuda, hereby give you notice that I have been appointed Liquidator of I.P.C. (BERMUDA) LIMITED (the “Company”) by a resolution of the Company dated 9 July, 2012.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Creditors of the above named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 27 July, 2012 to send their full Christian and Surnames, their addresses and full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their lawyers (if any) to Robin J Mayor, the undersigned, at Conyers Dill & Pearman Limited, Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, HM 11, Bermuda, the Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, and personally or by their lawyers, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a final general meeting of the Member of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Conyers Dill & Pearman Limited, Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda on 17 August, 2012 at 9.30am, or as soon as possible thereafter, for the purposes of:

(1)receiving an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and

(2)by resolution determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of; and

(3)by resolution dissolving the Company.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to creditors and others having any debts, claims and demands against the Estate of DENNIS LEROY ROCHESTER of 79 Cobb’s Hill Road Paget Parish PG 04 in the Islands of Bermuda who died on the 19th day of February 2012 that they are hereby required to forward the particulars of their debts, claims and demands to the undersigned not later than the 6th day of July 2012 after which date the undersigned will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice and that they will not be liable for the said assets or any part thereof so distributed to any creditors, person or persons of whose debts, claims and demands they shall not then have had notice.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JEAN MAE SMITH of 293 Corporate Boulevard Apartment 302 Norfolk Virginia one of the United States of America intends to apply for the Grant of Letters of Administration of the Estate of Horace George Frederick Smith late of 293 Corporate Boulevard Apartment 302 Norfolk Virginia aforesaid, deceased, and that such application may be granted unless within 15 days of the date of this Notice, a Caveat shall be entered in the Registry of the Supreme Court of Bermuda, Hamilton, by any person objecting to such grant.

NOTICE is hereby given that BEVERLEY JOAN CONNELL of “Killiney” 5A North Cote West, Pembroke Parish HM01, Bermuda intends to apply to the Supreme Court of Bermuda for Grant of Probate of the last will and testament of the above-named deceased. Any persons having or who may have a beneficial interest in the estate of the above-named deceased because of their relationship to the above-named deceased by blood, should inform the undersigned within thirty (30) days of the date hereof after which the undersigned will proceed to distribute the estate of the above-named deceased amongst the known persons entitled thereto.
