The Minister responsible for immigration, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 102D(1)(ba) of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act 1956, makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1 These Regulations may be cited as the Bermuda Immigration and Protection (Designation of Eligible Condominium Units, Tourist Accommodation and Hotel Residences) Amendment Regulations 2012.

Amends Schedule

2 The Schedule to the Bermuda Immigration and Protection (Designation of Eligible Condominium Units, Tourist Accommodation and Hotel Residences) Regulations 2011 is amended by inserting the following at the end of Part 3—

“ Parish: Paget

Development: Coco Reef Resort- Coco Villas

SOUTH ROAD, PAGET PARISH LANE CLOSURE

FOR 

KING EDWARD MOMORIAL HOSPITAL UTILITY LINES

TRENCHING PROJECT

This Ministry wishes to inform motorists that South Road, Paget from Point Finger Road to Agriculture Fisheries entrance off South Road will have traffic lane closed to accommodate trench works being carried out by Island Construction Services for the King Edward Memorial Hospital site.

The East Bound Traffic Lane on South Road will be closed to traffic from 13th February, 2012 until 30th May, 2012.

The South Road east bound traffic lane is closed to assist the management of Island Construction Services effort to install new utilities service in the roadway for the Hospital site.

During the lane closure traffic will be controlled using traffic signals, and the motoring public are required to use caution when travelling past the site. 

Advised detours signs will be posted and it is recommended that motorists are to use the alternative routes to avoid the traffic flow delays.

This Ministry would like to encourage the full cooperation of the motoring public and apologize for any inconvenience that may result.

SOMERSET ROAD, SANDYS PARISH LANE CLOSURE

This Ministry wishes to inform motorists that Somerset Road will have the north bound traffic lane closed to all motor vehicles from entrance of Ely’s Harbour Public Wharf to the private road known as Morgan Hill.

The North Bound traffic lane of Somerset Road is closed to assist the Ministry of Public Works with their effort to repair the road edge along this section of Roadway.

The lane closure will take place from 10th February, 2012 until 2nd March, 2012.

During the lane closure traffic will be controlled using traffic signals, and the motoring public are required to use caution when travelling past the site. 

This Ministry would like to encourage the full cooperation of the motoring public and apologize for any inconvenience that may result.
