SPEARFISHING LICENCE
Effective September 1, 2011, any person who takes fish by spearfishing will require an annual Spearfishing Licence.
Applications for Spearfishing Licences will be available as of August 1, 2011 from the Licensing Office of the Department of Environmental Protection, in the Botanical Gardens, Paget
A fee of $125.00 is required for a Spearfishing Licence when applications are tendered.
The licence will expire on August 31st of each year.
A meeting will be held on July 21, 2011 at 7pm in Botanical Gardens for interested spearfishers to discuss the proposed terms and conditions of the new licence.

Completed Tenders must be returned no later than 3 p.m., Wednesday, July 6th 2011. Late submissions will not be considered.
