WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5: Bermuda College is hosting its October student art show from October 6 to the 28.

Natural Vibes will feature the work of Tai-Quan Ottley who is in his second year of the Art & Design Programme. His exhibit features a variety of work with a focus on the human form. Tai-Quan has always enjoyed art and particularly drawing. His love for drawing was encouraged by his art teacher Lisa Rego while he was at Clearwater Middle School and encouraged even further by Louisa Flannery at Bermuda College.

Tai-Quan’s love for art is a family affair. His older sister Chakeya is a graduate of the Art and Design Program at Bermuda College and is now furthering her education at the New York School of Interior Design.

Ottley’s lecturer Edwin Smith described him as: “a gifted and passionate young man who enjoys intricate work with pencil and charcoal”.
