The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Bermuda Monetary Authority Act 1969, and on the recommendation of the Bermuda Monetary Authority makes the following Regulations:
Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Bermuda Monetary Authority (Bermuda Hawksbill Turtle Commemorative Coins) Regulations 2008.
Issue of Bermuda Hawksbill Turtle Commemorative Coins
2 The Bermuda Monetary Authority (in these Regulations referred to as "the Authority") may issue coins (in these Regulations referred to as "Bermuda Hawksbill Turtle Commemorative Coins").
Denomination
3 The denomination of the Bermuda Hawksbill Turtle Commemorative Coins shall be as follows—
(a) coin 1 one ounce silver $2;
(b) coin 2 one-twentieth ounce gold $5;
(c) coin 3 one ounce gold $20.
Form and design of coins
4 The form and design of the Bermuda Hawksbill Turtle Commemorative Coins shall be in accordance with the sample coins deposited with the Authority and in particular —
(a) the obverse design of every coin shall be the portrait by sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in profile, with the inscription "BERMUDA", "ELIZABETH II" and the respective year "2008";
(b) the reverse design of the coins shall depict a Bermuda Hawskbill Turtle swimming in a blade of sea grass adapted from an original photo taken by Mr. Ron Lucas;
(c) the shape of every coin shall be round.

5 The standard weight and composition of the Bermuda Hawskbill Turtle Commemorative Coins, and the amount of tolerance and variation allowed therein, shall be as set out in the Schedule.

1. (i) This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Variation of Speed Limits) ( No. 2) Order 2008.
(ii) This Order applies to the contestants and to the attendant vehicles to the contestants of the Sinclair Packwood Memorial Cycle Race of 26th May, 2008.

5. Parade Route
Starting in the City of Hamilton, leaving the City of Hamilton on, Cedar Avenue, Marsh Folly, Dutton Avenue to Barnard Park.
TRAFFIC CONTROL:
All traffic including pedal cyclists (but excluding the official vehicles preceding the Sinclair Packwood Memorial Cycle Race, the In Line Skaters Race and Marathon Derby Race together with buses and emergency vehicles following the runners) will be diverted off the Marathon Route between the hours of 8:45 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
Traffic flowing in the opposite direction to the runners will have free passage except on Burnt House Hill, and Harbour Road, and The Lane between Stowe Hill, and Crow Lane Roundabout.
ROADS CLOSED:
Burnt House Hill, Between Middle Road in
Harbour Road Warwick to North Roundabout
and The Lane in Paget will be closed to all traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Stowe Hill Between South Road and
Harbour Road will be closed to all traffic except for access for resi-
dents from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Pitt’s Bay Road Between Woodbourne Avenue
and Bermudiana Road from 8:00
a.m. until opened by Police.
Canal Road Between South Road and
Harbour Road will be closed to Traffic except for access for resi-
dents from 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
Woodlands Road From St. John’s Road to
Serpentine Road Between 8.00
a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Cedar Avenue From City Boundary to St John’s
Road junction between 1:30 p.m.
until the parade passes.
Marsh Folly Road From St John’s Road to Dutton
Avenue between 1.30 until the
parade passes.
Dutton Avenue North Street to Marsh Folly Road
in Pembroke will be closed to all
traffic from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Palmetto Road & Between Bishop Spencer Road to

In addition, the Bermuda Police are hereby authorised to “Close-Off” streets or portions of streets, restrict and authorise parking as the Commissioner of Police decides.
