3.4 Awarding subsidiaries and grants to any charity that deals with research, treatment, raising of awareness and patient support in relation to cancer, or that deals with medical research and education and support of patients;

3.5 Awarding subsidies and grants to such organisations in the developing regions of Asia Pacific, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and South and Central Asia, as well as, Australia, Bermuda and/or elsewhere as the Board may from time to time determine.

3.6 Investing the assets of the Company in such ways as to maximise long-term financial returns and/or deliver non-financial benefits that are in keeping with the charitable purposes of the Company.
