The Premier, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10 of the Criminal Injuries (Compensation) Amendment Act 2005, gives the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Criminal Injuries (Compensation) Amendment Act 2005 Commencement Day Notice 2006.

Commencement

2 The Criminal Injuries (Compensation) Amendment Act 2005 shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.
