NOTICE is hereby given that STEWART RICHARDSON BRANGMAN of Southampton Parish in the Islands of Bermuda intends to apply to The Supreme Court of Bermuda for a Grant of Letters of Administration of the Estate of OLGA HYACINTH BRANGMAN late of Pembroke Parish in the said Islands and that such application may be granted, unless within fifteen days of the date of this notice a caveat shall be entered in the Registry of The Supreme Court, Hamilton by any person objecting to such grant.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN A Uel Armstrong, Tyaunna Armstrong, Angela Berry and Donna Watson are applying to incorporate a local company limited by guarantee to be called:
The Flyers Track Club
(i) To acquire, take-over and carry on as a going concern the whole of the club now carried on under the name and style of "The Flyers Track Club", together with all or any of the property, assets and liabilities of the club used in connection with or belonging thereto.
(ii) To operate exclusively as a nonprofit organization administering and employing its property and assets and rights to promote, develop, manage and administer youth athletics and to provide and facilitate opportunities for the training, competition, enjoyment and personal development of athletes; and to arrange, coordinate, schedule and stage meets and activities of all descriptions in connection therewith and in general to provide and promote the provision of facilities for such meets and activities.
(iii)To make grants and awards of scholarships and bursaries and to receive, acquire and hold gifts, dontions, legacies and devices of all kinds.
(iv)To establish, undetake, superintend, administer and/or contribute to any charitable fund to be used for the purposes of the Company.
(v) As set out in paragraphs (b) to (u) inclusive of the Second Schedule to the Companies Act 1981.
