NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a dividend of 100 percent to unsecured creditors has been declared in this matter.  
Creditors will have the opportunity to collect dividend cheques in person between the hours of 12:00pm and 4:00pm on Friday August 27, 2010 at the offices of KPMG Advisory Limited, Crown House, 4 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM08, Bermuda.   Please note that dividend cheques can only be collected in person by the named creditor.  Photographic proof of identity will be required to collect a dividend cheque.
