The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Government Employees (Health Insurance) Act 1986, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1 (1) This Order, which amends the Government Employees (Health Insurance) (Rates) Order 2001 (“the principal Order”), may be cited as the Government Employees (Health Insurance) (Rates) Amendment Order 2010.
(2) This Order shall come into operation on 1 September 2010.
